The Low-Down on Sleep
Hello Friday, Hello Friend!

Welcome to May! The month of graduations, holidays, and the official kick-off of Summer!

Calendars seem to fill up quickly this time of year, and everyone gets super busy. This month we’ll be talking about healthy sleep habits and how to make the most of the sleep you get.

THE LOW-DOWN ON SLEEP

Are you tired? Do you feel like a Zombie most of the day? Not getting enough sleep?

How much sleep do we really need, especially for a properly functioning body?

Somewhere right around eight hours of sleep per day has been found to be the secret number in sleep studies over and over again. Yet, people say all the time, “I only need four or five hours of sleep, I’ve been like that my whole life.” That’s because factors that affect sleep quality and quantity, like stress and work/family schedule, have to be considered when determining your sleep needs.

Below you’ll find a few tips for establishing a constant bedtime routine, which may help you fall asleep more quickly at night. We hope the content will encourage you and deepen your understanding of essential oils. Consider this a virtual care package from my heart to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
