Hydration for Healthy Weight

Hello Friend!

January is coming to an end and I know this month has been a month of pursuing overall wellness and healthy weight goals for so many of us. As we continue forward with our healthy lifestyle, staying well hydrated is an important part of attaining a healthy weight.

Every day, try to drink between half an ounce and one ounce of water per pound of body weight. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. If you’re living in a hot climate and exercising a lot, choose the higher end of that range

We hope the content will encourage you and deepen your understanding of essential oils. Consider this a virtual care package from our hearts to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
