Hydration for Healthy Weight

Hello Friend!

Every day, try to drink between half an ounce and one ounce of water per pound of body weight. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. If you’re living in a hot climate and exercising a lot, choose the higher end of that range

We hope the content will encourage you and deepen your understanding of essential oils. Consider this a virtual care package from our hearts to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
