Hello Monday, Hello Friend!
Well hello there friend! Welcome to July!
Summer is in full swing around here and let’s just say I’m not sad about the new SPF 50 Sunscreen from Young Living. I’m also using my little cooling mist spray to help cool down when we’ve been outside. You can make it too:
+ 10 drops Peppermint
+ 10 drops Lavender
+ 1 teaspoon witch hazel
+ Add all that to a 4 oz glass spray bottle, then top off with distilled water.
+ To use: shake before use and spritz that goodness on your neck, arms, chest to help cool you down.
This month we’re going to be exploring NingXia Red and all the goodness it provides.
NingXia Red is a naturally delicious, nutrient-infused drink that is high in antioxidants and will energize, fortify, and replenish your body. Rich in wide-spectrum antioxidants, NingXia Red has the highest levels of naturally occurring age-defying antioxidants to help support immune function, cardiovascular health, mental clarity, physical stamina, and nourish the eyes.
NingXia Red contains: orange, yuzu, lemon, and tangerine essential oils. These essential oils are strategically chosen for their health-supporting benefits. Together this blend of essential oil adds natural flavoring and helps maintain the body’s normal cellular function.
We hope the content will encourage you and deepen your understanding of essential oils. Consider this a virtual care package from our hearts to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
