What are Antioxidants?

July Email Header

Hello Monday, Hello Friend!

Hey hey! Hello Friend, how’s your Monday going?

Put your thinking caps on today because we’re going to be learning a little bit about antioxidants and why NingXia Red is such a powerful antioxidant.

It’s estimated that we need a minimum 5000 units of bio-available antioxidants daily to cope with the average rate of oxidation. Oxidation occurs through exposure to free radicals. (I told you to put on your thinking cap!) An excellent choice is Young Living’s Ningxia Red. Did you know that if you exercise, drink alcohol, are exposed to cigarette smoke, or feel stressed you need to double or triple your antioxidant intake?

We hope the content will encourage you and deepen your understanding of essential oils. Consider this a virtual care package from our hearts to yours. ♥️♥️♥️
